Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from The Tap Co.

This website is operated by WOVRIX Technologies Private Limited (parent company of The Tap Co.). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WOVRIX Technologies. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Placement & Customization

When placing an order for our keepsakes, you are required to submit personalized details (recipient name, written message, image files, or voice notes). You represent and warrant that:

  • You hold the legal copyright or have explicit permission to use any media files (images, audio, or video clips) you upload.
  • Your uploaded media does not contain explicitly offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund payments for customizations that violate our content guidelines.

2. Payments & Fees

All prices on our storefront are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are secure and processed via Razorpay. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. All sales for personalized products are final.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Tap Co. website content, wordmarks, layout design, and handcrafted object dimensions are the exclusive intellectual property of WOVRIX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our products or brand materials without written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

We hosting memory files (photos, sound clips, videos) indefinitely under our 'Stored Forever' policy. While we employ cloud replication and security systems to safeguard these records, WOVRIX Technologies shall not be held liable for any loss of content arising from unexpected network disruptions, acts of god, or force majeure events. We recommend keeping backups of your media.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising from your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceedings shall be initiated exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
