Every keepsake is custom fabricated and hand-finished at our Bengaluru workshop.
Shipping & Delivery
Because our keepsakes are not pre-packaged objects sitting in a warehouse, the fulfillment timeline is divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: Handcrafting & Verification (5–7 Business Days)
Each keepsake is 3D printed, hand-filed, patinated, and sealed with waterproof resin. We then compile and program the digital memory file, verify the NFC chip on multiple iOS and Android devices, and wrap it in our signature case. - Phase 2: Transit (2–4 Business Days)
Once dispatched from Bengaluru, standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days to major metros, and 3 to 5 business days to other locations across India. We ship via express services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
Guaranteed Date-Specific Delivery
Ordering for an anniversary, birthday, or specific festival date? Select the Date-Specific Guaranteed Delivery add-on at checkout. We prioritize your keepsake fabrication queue and ship via express air courier to guarantee arrival on your chosen day.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partners, we will send an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also monitor fulfillment status in real-time on our Track My Order page.
Returns & Replacement Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our keepsakes — each containing unique recipient engraving mapping and custom audio/photographic memories — we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Lifetime Chip Warranty & Replacement
We take quality seriously. Every keepsake undergoes strict device testing before shipment. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged in transit or the embedded NFC chip fails to scan:
- Please contact us at support@thetapco.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short video demonstration showing the issue.
- We will fabricate, program, and ship a brand new replacement keepsake to you at no cost.
